Have been going here for years, never had an issue. Today, went in for a dip manicure and was serviced by the rudest nail technician. He was very rough and when he cut me while filing, I pointed it out and asked that he be careful with that cuticle. He ignored me then loudly dismissed me with "yeah, yeah". Then I asked him to correct a crooked nail and he loudly said "yeah, file, file, file". He then went on to grip my hand and (I believe intentionally) cut up my cuticles with the drill. He wiped away the blood like nothing happened. I complained and the cashier took off $5. I don't want a free service, I want good service. Absolutely disgusting.

Terrible service. The lady didn't even file or cut my nails because she was rushing for her appointment that was after me. My nails are so uneven. I could've just done my nails at home. Never going back again.

This salon was friendly, clean and did an excellent job with my nails. Carmen paid close attention to detail and was gentle and efficient. Being from out of town it was nice to feel welcome as a frequent client.

I'm extremely disappointed in this nail salon, my nails are extremely thin and bumpy. Plus the staff is rude when i was on my way out they proceeded to look at me up and down and laugh As a member of the lgbtq community this made me feel uncomfortable

The lady who did my nails Diana(diem), was a bit aggressive with my nails. She was rough when she would grab my fingers and nails. She burned me like 3 times with the drill thingy and filer and not once she apologized. It kinda seem like she doesn't wanna work there. She also drop the oil on the table and applied that same oil to my cuticle, like she literally dip the brush in the spill, I was kinda shocked. I also paid $79 which I thought was a bit over expensive for just nails. When I entered the building I inform the lady in the front my mother and I would like shellac full set. I also took my 3 year old daughter to get shellac manicure it came out to $173 the total. The reason for this review was due to poor service from my nail tech, not once I was offer water and I said I wanted shellac and lady came with powder , which I should of questioned but I didn't & at the end my total came High for that same reason something I didn't agree when I initially came in the building. My moms mail tech was fine.
