The normal Fallingstar Beast can be encountered at two locations in the game mentioned below
You can find the Fallingstar Beast at the end of the Sellia Crystal Tunnel in Caelid. These tunnels are located just above the Sellia, Town of Sorcery.
The other place where the Fallingstar Beast boss can be found is in a crater at the Altus Plateau, located south of the Capital Outskirts’ western entrance.
Fallingstar Beast Recommended Level and Weaknesses
The recommended level to fight the Fallingstar Beast is above level 70, but it is better to push around 80 or 85. Fallingstar Beast is weak to all elemental damage but thats about it when it comes to its weaknesses. So unless you have elemental weapons, spells are going to be your best bet in this fight.
Falling Star Beast Attacks and Counters
Except for its head and a tuft of hair on its tail, the Fallingstar Beast will be completely covered in crystals. It travels at a breakneck pace, and its counter-attack is also swift. As a result, it can defeat you with a single strike if you carelessly try to take it head-on.
Pincer Grab
At first, Fallingstar Beast will try to attack you with its pincers. If you see Fallingstar Beast standing still and clicking its pincers, it’s going to move in for a grab which deals a high amount of damage.

Tail Swipe

To dodge this attack, simply dodge the tail. Remember to keep your distance as it can extend its tail to cover more area.
Gravity Quake
The Fallingstar Beast has another purple gravity attack in which the beast’s head glows purple as it makes everything in the area of impact float. It will attempt this attack three times.
The first two attempts are easy to dodge if you just run away from the area of impact, which will be glowing in purple. However, you must continue sprinting and dodging to escape the third strike, which will have a considerably bigger area of effect.
Leaping Attack

Sellia Crystal Tunnel
To defeat the Fallingstar Beast easily, you need some ranged weapons, like the Rock Sling, or if you want to use melee weapons, grab the Halo Scythe from the Aeonia Swamp.
All you have to do is just stand outside the door where the boss is located and attack the boss using your weapons from the outside. Do NOT go inside If you do you will have to defeat this boss the proper way.
If you deal enough damage so that it’s HP is low enough for just one more attack to finish the job, finish him off and then go inside to receive the rewards.
