The Beginnings of Butter Coffee

The Butter is Essential, Obviously

As far as the butter, I use Kerrygold regular old salted butter. You can also use unsalted butter. Vitamin K helps clear out your arteries so that the healthy fat found in butter can easily movethroughout your body. Some people prefer the unsalted kind found in the silver package, but I honestly prefer my regular gold sticks because I think my butter coffee winds up tasting like a salted caramel latte that way.

Yum!
