It was hard for me to communicate what I wanted. This salon uses a Dremel tool to remove gel manicures, which is very unhealthy for your nails. A guarantee that your nails will eventually break, even with gel polish. Don't let anyone Dremel your nail beds. The good thing about this salon is that they were able to make a same day appointment in their Madison location. Read Less

Displays colors they don’t have in stock . Forced me to get a different color. After a week my shellac polish started to change color into a dirty blue. Came back to get it fixed and was told can’t do nothing for me because they don’t know what the polish is like before applying it . I do not recommend Read Less

I went to 007 nails expecting to receive exceptional service and nail quality that is consistent with the pictures posted on their page. Sadly, my expectations were far from my reality. EVERY worker was rude, inconsiderate and incapable of providing decent customer service. I've come here on 3 separate occasions and have finally realized enough is enough. Not only was I treated like my money didn't matter to them, they DO NOT know how to properly do nails! The shape of my nails each time has been bulky, unnatural, and embarrassing. As if this all isn't bad enough, the 3rd time I came in with an appointment(last week), I was treated so badly that I had to leave in order to avoid an altercation. As soon as I walked in I was told to sit down, and then I was ignored, so they could accept walk-ins for the first 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment. Eventually, I was seen, and told that they were unable to give me any of the designs I desired, some as simple as glitter. When I finally settled for something I didn't want, just because I wanted to get something done, my "nail tech" then got up, and went to help other people and take a bathroom break while I'm waiting in the chair! DO NOT GO TO 007 Nails! Please save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. Read Less

I have to not show my hands for the next month. What a waste of 50 dollars and what a waste of my precious hour I won't get back. Totally embarrassed of my hands! I give it two starts because I am too nice, the guy was nice who did my nails too and the marble COLOR looks pretty. But that shape tho. And the thickness of the nails! Looks like I have rocks on my fingernails. What makes me angry the most is that I am pretty sure those pictures they have are stolen from google. Read Less

Very unsanitary... Files were not cleaned in between clients, and I've been there twice and bled from them nicking my cuticles. Staff is friendly, but the work is sub-par. I do not recommend!

I recently moved to this state and I have been looking for a nail shop to do business with. I ordered food from a chinnese restaurant next door and I was unsure if they had a bathroom. I stopped in this nail shop to ask to use their bathroom and the ladies that worked there looked and told me no. I know if I had been another ethnicity they would have allowed me to use their bathroom. This place could never get any of my hard earned money. Read Less

They took customers that arrived after me before taking me. Pedicure was definitely NOT worth they money. I do a better job myself. It was nice to have the warm rock rubbed on my legs. The warm towel got very cold before the woman returned from the back room where she just disappeared to (I think it was to go eat). Overall this was an extremely disappointing experience. Read Less

I think 007 Nails does a great job. I've gotten shellac nails from 007 Nails several times in advance of big events -- specifically before a Christmas party, a trip to Italy and a birthday party. I've been very happy with the results every time. Billy as well as several other nail techs have done my nails, and they've all done good work. The salon itself is clean and even has new furniture as of 2016.007 Nails is very accommodating with walk-ins and usually finishes the entire shellac manicure in about 30 minutes.I would definitely recommend 007 Nails. I enjoy coming in every few weeks for a manicure and pedicure. I have been a customer for a number of years. Nicole and Vin are my favorite staff member. They are very detail oriented and take their time. Even when it is busy they do not rush. I have enjoyed my time here with nice music and relaxing experience. I do recommend you make an appointment and give yourself extra time. They do accept walk ins and it can be busy. Read Less

I've had better manicures and I've had worse. The salon was clean and tidy, and the nail techs were nice. My nail tech listened to what I wanted and didn't bother with the small talk ( something I enjoyed ). However, there were a few things I found a little odd. One being that I had a bit of nail polish on from my last manicure and the tech didn't take it off, just painted right over it. Also, my cuticles were never cut or moisturized, unlike every other salon I've been to. I'll probably be back if I'm ever in the area again, but I won't go out of my way to go. Read Less

This is my third time visiting this salon for either nails or a pedicure. Each time I was satisfied with the work. But I needed a last minute full set and went some where else. I ventured to the west side two weeks ago to a well known shop that offers wine with their service. And the over priced rush job was horrible. Firstly, the guy seemed very rushed, although I was the only client.Secondly, he was so rough! I shouted ouch several times, throughout the manicure. I told him that it felt like he was punching my hands. My fingers are pulsing so bad that I can't even hold hands, let alone scratch an itch. I am sure there is brusing.Thirdly, the most important reason I will never go back, is the sanitation!! He used an old, well worn, file on me and used his thumb nail as a cuticle pusher!!!Now, I can't sleep, everytime my fingers pulse in pain all I can think about it that I contracted a communicable disease!! Experience was fine overall. I was seated right away and the woman working on my nails was very kind and pleasant. However I was barely able to even choose a color before she began working on my nails. I appreciated the the timeliness but I felt I bit rushed. She helped me choose the perfect color, but the manicure itself was not well done. Felt rushed through, despite no one else waiting and it being rather quiet. The gel barely lasted a few days before chipping and the polish did not cover the whole nail--which I didn't notice until I was home. Service was very nice but the gel manicure was not worth it. I went here for the first time today. I have only had 2 other manicures in my life, but this was a rough manicure! I was a walk-in, but they were able to get me in after 20 minutes, which I thought was awesome because they seemed very busy. They werent helpful at all with picking a color, and seemed annoyed when anyone asked for help.About 3 mins into my manicure, a woman loudly proclaimed that she wasnt going to pay for her pedicure bc it was the worst pedicure she had ever had. Im not sure if her pedicure warranted the scene she made, or the fact that she walked out without paying, as i didnt see them, but afterwards you could feel the stress throughout the entire salon. It was the beginning of my mani and after the incident the guy doing my nails was noticeably more rough. My cuticles are in pain and he definitely over trimmed in multiple places. **I would have given a better rating bc the polish is great and obviously the situation is what led to him being so rough, but the main reasons i wont go back:-The emery board had obviously been used numerous times before and was used again on my friend who went after me.-The drummel tool was also not changed or cleaned from person to person.-I had a shellac manicure and he didnt believe me when i said i had gone under the light since the last coat. At first i thought it was a joke, but he kept questioning me about it. Why would i lie, when all that would come of it is a sh*tty manicure??!?!Im really just hoping that the neosporin cream i am constantly slathering on every cuticle will actually stop them from getting infected from this manicure. I am not sure I would go to this particular salon again, the pedicure was great while it was happening, foot soak, massage chair, etc. but it did not stand the test of time. I purposely wore sandals into the salon on a pretty chilly day so I would not have to shove my freshly painted toes into a shoe. I did this thinking this would help preserve the new paint job in the hopes it would last me a good 2-3 weeks at least. I have had pedicures last me two months (although, I enjoy going and like to get them once a month at a minimum) I have had many- for awhile I was going once a week to a salon in Philly just to pamper myself. But sadly the very next day after work I noticed the paint had chipped off the tip of both of my big toes. I was pretty frustrated. I am sure if I went back they would have fixed it, the customer service seems to be wonderful, but I am way to busy for that! I am left questioning the quality and consistency of the work. Maybe the nail should have been cut a bit shorter or that extra layer of clear polish they put on the tip of the toenail should have been applied more gingerly... I cannot speculate. All I can tell you is this very busy lady was pretty bummed out! Read Less
